
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to HDG.
Undamaged items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase HDG, you can obtain a refund by returning the item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Goods are returned at the customer’s cost and risk. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable for incorrect choice.
Damaged items
HDG will replace and refund delivery costs for any items that arrive at their destination in a faulty or damaged condition. These items must be returned to HDG within 14 days of receipt.
Process
To enable processing of your return, please provide the following information:
- Copy of the original invoice
- Reason for the returns; and
- Contact number.
